One of our favorite places to visit is Breckenridge, CO. They’re the birthplace of our favorite Colorado beer (Breckenridge Brewery), and home to a new restaurant owned by some good folks we know. It’s a beautiful area any time of year, but we usually head up in the summer to get away from the heat and enjoy the clean mountain air.
We haven’t been up in two years. Life has gotten too busy. We miss it a lot, and are looking forward to whenever we are able to get up there next. We can’t wait to check out the new restaurant, and do some shopping. My other bucket-list Breckenridge item is to stay at Beaver Run resort.
Nestled at the base of Peak 9 and a short distance from historic main street Breckenridge, we have the perfect location for your family vacation or weekend get-away. Boasting the best amenities from pools/hot tubs, mini golf course and workout room; there’s something for everyone. If you want to relax, visit our onsite spa. Check out these great dining options: Spencer’s Steak and Spirits, Base 9 Lounge and the Skywalk. Prepare to be pleased.
I’m really ok with just spending half the weekend in the hot tub.
A lot of people think that Breckenridge is just for winter and skiing – it’s not. There are so many fun activities in the summer, from hiking to swimming, shopping in town to enjoying the local cuisine and music. There’s something for everyone.
With the amenities you’ll find at Beaver Run, there’s no where else you’d want to stay. With rooms varying in size from a hotel room to multi-room condos, your party of any size will enjoy their stay!
If this sounds appealing, then be sure to take advantage of this deal: Weekends on Sale – It may be the end of the week, but it’s the beginning of your next Breckenridge adventure! My family is really hoping to take advantage of this to have a fun getaway. My poor husband won’t see our daughter for 6 weeks this summer as she will be going out of town with her grandma for almost a month and then out of town with me for a week and a half. We’d love to have the time together all three of us as a family with fun things to do and memories to make after so much time apart!
